Talk to Mike he know his ****. I think generic or rbf600 is good if you don't track or anything.

I concur with the Motul RBF 600 recommendation.

I dont think you'd need RBF600 bro. Just regular old DOT3 or DOT4 would be enough. You're not doing any tracking and running some fancy shmancy brake fluid would really do you no good. In fact you might even have to change it more often.

To be honest, he don't even need 8 pot brakes to start with lol

Thinking about it, you slam on those 8 pot fronts and your stretched fronts might go kaboom..

Yeah that might work, look a little crazy but.....LOL I drive my car very aggressive and take corners at high speeds so I don't need that much braking power but those brakes are nice.

I concur with Gamedog. Any DOT3/4 fluid will work for a daily driver. If you want off-the-shelf stuff, Valvoline has great stuff -- i even use it for the occasional HPDE.

With your new set-up, i would venture to guess it probably comes with larger rotors and aluminum hats/calipers which may actually run cooler than your old Akebono set-up, so there's a little less risk of boiling your fluid.

You can use any fluid rated higher than that. Just keep in mind that higher performance fluid is even more hygroscopic than off-the-shelf stuff, so you may have to replace fluids more often.
