Exclamation About to get some wheels

I'm about to pull the trigger on some wheels but I need some help.

Anyone ever heard of Nankang tires?

Rear wheels are 20x10 and the tires on them are 255x30x20 How stretched is that and could those Nankang tires handle that.

Front wheels are 20x8.5 and the tires are Falkens 22x35x20 not too worried about that.

255's on a 10inch is moderately stretched. A 275 would be flushed on a 10" wheel.

I had 225 on my 8.5" wheels before, they looked mildly stretched. I think 245 would've been flushed.

As far as Nankang tires, try and spending a little more on quality brands i.e. Falkens, Yoko's, Nitto. I know the Falken 452's / Yokohama S Drives, and Nitto NT555's are priced pretty decent. I'm happy with my S.Drives.

My bro had Nankangs on his Civic and had to replace one of them them within a year because a lump has formed. Dont ask me how.

Falkens are a piece of crap, just because a tire cause more doesnt mean they are better

Thank you! Im running a 255 on a 10.5" and to me its really not even that stretched. Ive seen guys running 225 Hankooks on a 10" rim, now thats stretch lol

I guess the stretched and flushed look are subjective then.
I have 255's on my 9.5" front wheels, those are flushed IMHO.

my previous wheels were 10" in the rears with 275/30 Nitto's. They looked pretty flushed to me. I am aware that different brands may look wider than the other.

Solis your tires are on the "stretch" side, just crosses the border (like you did 3 years back haha)

Don't take me wrong, I'm not looking to pick an arguement. I want to know if there is a magic formula to figure out how the tires will look mounted. I hate stretched. I usually go by manufactures suggestions. I guess I read "275" and knew that there is more info needed. You're dead on when you said, different brands look different.

nankangs are cheap but ok. i had a set of 18" nankang ns2's before. sold the set 2 yrs ago and 3 owners later theyre still good hahaa.

when i had 20x8.5/20x10 i was running 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. Front was straight, rear was very little stretch. very little.
