I was just wondering if anyone on here has used these guys for wheels/rims?

I found out that L.A. will do a rim exchange.
I have checked around Omaha about getting my OEM wheels chrome dipped and most places are telling me it will be 2 to 4 weeks before I get them back.
L.A. will ship a set of OEM wheels already chromed to me and then I send mine back to them.... all for about the same $ as waiting weeks to get them done here.

I just wanted to make sure they were ligit....

 

They are on eBay too, check out their rating.

 

Yeah, they have a pretty good rating on e-bay. But you can't ask any of the buyers if they are still happy with their purchase after a few months.
I was just wondering if anyone on here had any personal experience or knew someone that purchased wheels or rims from them...

 

Yes, I exchanged wheels with them and got GREAT service. But they said 2 of my rims where slightly bent and charged an addtional $200 bucks. In fairness to them I had been to the track and slide off a time or two so they could have been bent. Other than that I was happy with the product and the service.

I went ahead and bought them today....I hope it goes well.
I like the stock rims... I just like chrome better.

I haven't been to the track yet and I only have 3500 miles on my rims, so they should be in great shape for the exchange.

I'll post some pics when it's all done.

 

The wheel exchange with LA Wheel and Tire went very smoothly.
I love the OEM Chrome wheels on my G.

It took about 10 days to get the wheels and 2 weeks to get my deposit back after they received my wheels.....
Other than that, I am extremely happy with the whole transaction! It cost a fraction of what new chrome wheels would have cost.
