Steering wheel vibrates, Annoying reverse squeal?

Well today on my way to my detailer on the highway, While breaking, i let it course for a bit then around 55-65 mph i braked easily to go back into the speed limit and felt the steering vibrate, and i also have that annoying *** reverse squeal when in reverse, 9500 Miles on the car, and i've heard this is WAYY to early for something like this to be replaced or even checked upon.

Dealership should be able to cover and replace the problem correct? I know im under warranty but i want to see if anyone else has had this problem and what was the solution towards it.

Otherwise, Normal street driving is normal, Just anytime i would go in reverse it squeals like crazy.

My 37 has the sport package also, Thanks!

Big Brakes are going to squeal when reversing, especially when cold. Its normal.

The vibration in the steering wheel when braking sounds like warped rotors. And no, its not covered by warranty but dealers have been known to machine them for free if you have low miles, but they are not obligated to.

Warped rotors can cause the steering wheel to vibrate when braking from higher speeds. If you have low miles you can try your luck with having the dealership re-machine these to smooth em out. I am at 12k miles and gettin this - which sucks because I have never abused my brakes.

Vibrating is due to warped rotors caused by high speed braking. At 29k miles, I replace my rotors with some Rotora slotted and some Ferodo brakes that are great for high temp braking.

The squealing is due to the sport brakes. Since I recently put my new brakes and rotors on, I have yet to hear a squeal. I believe that it is the composite of the Akebono brake pads that cause the squeal. But I am not positive.

ok.. looks like this is a national problem.. mine started squeeking in reverse at around 18k. Very loud, audible and feel NOT normal. I had several other performance cars with similar caliper and braking systems but never this loud, annoying squeal that wakes up the damn neighborhood. Brought it to infiniti x 3 and as usual claim nothing is wrong.. Dropped back off this morning and almost beat up service dude...

They will not replace pads as claim is "normal" for squeeks to happen.. Claim its the composition of brake pads and combo of "rust" on rotors and natural wear of pad lining.. whatever dude.. Bottom line is i feel it is not normal fo a 48k vehicle to be doing this and must be a defect in pad or rotor or both.. After bitchin a lil more they will tru rotor and pads to quiet down some but sure will come back again.

obv i am going to have to buy a different braking system.. not a happy customer..

^if you search around on here you will find out there has been a TSB on premature warping rotors that they cover up to 15K miles or even more. I had it done with almost 20K miles. They add a baffle thing to the front rotors that helps redirect heat and keep them from warping again.

Brake squeal in reverse is NOT normal. Why would a brake squal in reverse but not going forward? there is no logical reason. My car is at the dealer as we speak for this issue. So embarassing having this noise. I expect some excuse for this noise though, cause dealers never fix anything

The reverse squeal is absolutely normal. Mine have done it since day 1 (especially after it has rained the night before).

The warped rotors are not officially covered by warranty (wear item) but there is a TSB out and I got mine replaced, not just re-surfaced, when they started vibrating (at about 32k miles).
