If you live in a place that has temperature below freezing.. do NOT get all-season in the hopes of getting the same traction as winter tires. It's scientifically impossible due to the compounds used to make the tires.

You're gonna get flamed hard-core for even thinking about putting chains on your G!! I mean, those K-Summits look interesting, but I find it hard to believe they'll last an entire winter with daily driving at expressway speeds. And if they come off while driving, say goodbye to your wheelwell, fender, rocker panel, and God knows what else they'll tear up. If you do decide to try them, however, make sure you post a review!!

I have a set of the 18" blizzaks on extra set of rims. It wasn't easy to get the right size offsets to fit my sport brakes, make sure you test fit any rim you look at. Ended up getting a set of gunmetal Wedsport rims from Japan. The TPMS is not required for the month or so you will have winter rubber on, a set will run around $200.

I live in Vancouver, Canada and I have to say it saved my *** on numerous occasions this winter. It does make a huge difference in snow/ice, but does cost a bit of money. I highly recommend the blizzaks

Does anyone know if the 18's from the 03-07 G35 will fit? I have a set of dunlop m3's mounted on a set of 18's I used for my g35 that are just sitting in the garage. If they fit I'll prob put them on the car this weekend.
