Brake Squeak while driving forward
Brakes have light Squeal while braking while driving forward
My G is at 800miles and is a base model.
I parked the car last night outside for about an hour then on the way home I noticed while cruising at around 60mph and just slightly grazing the brake some faint squeal twice as i slightly tapped the brake. This was with the window up and the music playing. The sound was pretty faint tho.. The temp was about 6degreesC or 42F~~ I never heard the squeak sound previously..
I read a lot about people experiencing squeal when reversing in the cold on the S brakes, and also if there is dust built up on the brakes...
How about just driving forward in the cold before the brakes heat up? and lightly tapping it?

wonder if it couldve been the cdplayer making it's usual weird occasional whine when reading the disc.. i notice that if i accelerate with the volume turned off and the cd whine gets a little louder.. strange..
could've been car beside me that had break squeel i guess.. only diff is the G that night had 3 passengers
