No parts from hotchkis it seems

Just got an email back from hotchkis and it looks like they are not developing parts for the G37. I have been contacting companies that do suspension parts to get some sway and strut bars made for the G37 but that hasn't been going so well. Hotchkis said they will not be make parts for my application....

This sucks. Hopefully they reconsider in the near future.

This is the list I was given by some members here:

ark
sti
cusco
eibach
tanabe
hotchkis

I only found contact info for tanabe, hotchkis, and Ark so far. I received responses from both Tanabe and Hotchkis so far but not Ark yet. I couldn't find contact info for the rest yet. I am not sure STI is right though. It might just be ST which I found parts for, I think.

maybe it's because lateral suspension is already top-knotch?

seriously, i think it's perfect, but i guess everything can be improved, but diminishing returns comes to mind.

You are probably right Max. I just copied and pasted what I wrote down from the members.

finagle69, the sports suspension is great but there is still a good bit of body roll which I have been told can be fixed with a good set of bars. For daily driving it is great but for a track or mountain passes, not so much.

I cannot speak on the ride compared to a G35 since I have never had on or road in one. You might be right though. I am sure others on here will comment.

like i said, i'm sure there's room for improvement, but the body roll you speak of is actually pretty minimal compared to other vehicles.

for a track setup, sure.. a nice, thicker set of sways would do you well. but for twisties runs and spirited driving, the stock sport setup is more than adequate.

now, asside from my feelings of the car's handling prowess, i might be easily swayed (pun much?) to purchasing an aftermarket set if available. my only point was that some companies may feel that they'd be trying to polish the proverbial turd, so to speak.

no way you handle better than a G35 with coil overs... unless his car isnt set up AT ALL.. And you may feel like oyu dont get much body lean but TRUST me you do...

This is on H&R springs...
