New Valve Stem?

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with my right-rear tire leaking air about 2-3 PSI per day. I just came back from vacationing for a week and it was down to 23.5 PSI. I've had problems putting air back into the tire so I'm wondering if the valve stem needs to be replaced, I have checked for nails etc.. Don't want to waste my time putting the tire in the pool as I'm almost certain the stem is some how leaking air. Has anyone else had this problem? I suppose I'll take to it by Infiniti tomorrow and have it replaced unless someone knows of another reason this could be happening (5,000 miles on the tires).

I'd check the valve stem needle and make sure it's screwed in tightly.
Also, you can probably brush soapy water on the tire instead of taking it off and dunking it in water.

TUrns out there was a small nail in the inside groove of the tire that I couldn't see so going to plug it and that should fix it..
