Tein Flex Z vs BC Racing BR Series

I did some searching and could not find anything recent on this (latest was 2018-ish). Anyone have recent reviews of either of these coilovers on a G37 sedan? I have a 2010 G37s (daily driver) and want to do a few mods to keep it fun. Any advice or comments on either of these is welcome, thanks!

P.S. Will be adding 19in rims as well at the same time, for reference.

I can't speak for the Tein Flex Z, but I have the Tein Mono Sport and the coilovers are quality, comfortable, the adjustments make a difference (16 way). A lot of people like the Tein Basis also. With the Flex Z in the middle category of teh Basis and Mono Sport, its a safe decision to make.

the BC Racing BR seems to be pretty popular also but have no experience with the brand.
