Z1 Upper control arms issue

So i recently took my G to get align and the mechanic sent me some pictures of the control arm bushings expending.
has anyone experience any issues with them? here are the pics he sent me and the specs after the alignment. do the specs look ok to yall?

Not sure about the numbers but that FUCA looks horrible. Time for SPL titanium ones lol, they have spherical bushings.
