Paint on brake booster peeling

Paint on brake booster peeling

I bought a 2013 g37s manual sedan a couple months ago and recently noticed the paint is peeling on the brake booster. There is also some dirt build up on the line that runs from the brake booster to the clutch fluid reservoir.

I don't see any fluid leaking l, just a small amount on the brake fluid reservoir.

It's probably leaking at the seal, remember brake fluid will eat paint

Definitely a leak at the booster.

Is this a common issue? the car only has 56k miles

What are the markings the reservoir?

Not common.
Who knows. Someone wrote it. Not oem marks

definitly a leak. Not common AFAIK, but can happen very quickly if somone spills brake fluid when changing brake pads/bleeding and doens't clean up real fast

the marks may be fro ma junkyard if the part was replaced before

they changed the fluid at a kwik car type place prior to my ownership. they probably messed the lid up, i put one of those reservoir socks on it.
