2012 G37x Stock Calipers - are they Dual Piston?

I'm about to buy Centric #12042088 12042080 Rotors for my 2012 G37x Sedan and wanted to know if the sedan used stock Dual Piston Front Calipers. Can anyone confirm?? I want to make sure these Rotors fit before I buy them
