Identifying Suspension Noise

I have Tien basis coilovers and kinetix upper control arms installed. I'm not too low on the coilovers. Alignment is within factory specs. If the car is parked or at slow speeds (under 20 MHP) I hear a rubbing/hitting sound when I turn the steering wheel. at high speeds I get so such noises. Not sure if it's the tire rubbing against the wheel well or tire hitting against control arms. I notice no visual clues as to the cause. Ideas? I was thinking I may have to raise the front maybe 1/14"; But first I want to confirm exactly what is the cause of the nose. Before I take it to a shop, any ideas?
