Braking issues (hard braking)

I Recently noticed when I step on my brakes it’s much more sensitive. Even when very light pressure is applied to the brake pedal, it brakes really rough as if I was slamming on them. Does anyone know what’s causing this ? And what the fix could be? I tried messing with the brake switch, checking fuses, and everything seems to be fine.

How many miles on your current pads, and are the pads OEM?

Im not too sure, but I let the car sit for about 2 days and the problem basically solved itself and went away. Pretty strange.
