That's all you'll need for now just the springs, also don't go to whatever shop told you its a day and a half of work, theyre probably going to overcharge. Any shop with an impact gun and basic jacks can get this relatively quickly, even faster with a lift and the machine that disassembles struts; go to a reputable lower car friendly place. Please don't get over charged it shouldn't take 1.5 days for springs lol..

What is "everything"? If you put another set of aftermarket springs on there you might be in the same boat with it being too low. I have eibachs and while they might not be as low as yours it's not a huge difference so it would be a waste of $$. If you want to raise it just get some OEM springs or spring isolators/spacers. I swapped my springs by myself in a few hours with no experience so it definitely sounds like they are screwing with you.

I just needed another inch of space between the tires.

I'd suggest you take a look at this. If you're at all mechanically inclined or have a friend that is you can do it yourself. Rears are so simple but the fronts will be a bit more difficult since you'd have to remove them from the strut but any competent and honest shop should be able to do it within a couple hours (prob under one). It's the cheapest and easiest fix you are going to get.

If you decide to go with different springs check suspension threads for pics and choose what you like most. chances are you have aftermarket camber arms and toe bolts. If so, you should be good to choose whatever you like. Just remember you should get an alignment after. GL!

Get some Swift Springs, drop is not too much. If you want more adjustability, then need coils.

Swift has better ride quality than Eibach, and the drop is more even front to back.

RWD right? Hmm, all I seeing is 2009+. Perhaps they don't have them for earlier model years.

I don't believe there is any difference in the V36 G35 and G37 chassis-wise.

Only difference is the added weight from the 7AT vs. the 5AT in the 08 and earlier AT models. I think a few of the spring applications have slightly higher front spring rates in the 09+ sets. But only a couple manufacturers did this IIRC.
