G Metal on Metal Sound at Low Speed

It very low speed and when turning, I noticed my 08 G37S MT has a metal clanking noise near the driver's rear wheel. I feel this topic has been beat to death, but is there a definite solution? I've seen everything from bearings, tie rods and even metal dust shields. Any help is appreciated.

Had this exact issue, took it to the dealer multiple times before they were able to accurately identify the problem. Ended up being the brake shield rubbing. They bent it back and haven't had an issue for 50k+ Miles. Hopefully it's as easy a fix as mine
