Got mine in the mail a couple of weeks ago, just been sitting on them though...winter won't die and I've been too busy to work on the car... quality looks good, even the part letters are etched on

lol sorry man, I had to bleed my brakes and change all the bleeder screw on my akebonos last week, now I found one of my front axles is busted after hitting a pothole and my brake pads and rotors are super thin and need to be changed so I've pushed this job back even further lol,...

Ok.... just send them to me and I'll install them on my 2014 Q60x, as I should be able to have them installed within 48 hrs. (even less, depending on when they arrive) after receiving them.

Deal?

I can imagine your expression when you read this!!!
Something like...

LOL!!!!

I know your schedule is full for a while, but if you want to help me DIY the collars before I get the diff bushing done, you will have your answer. lol

Just received the collars and diff bushings. Debating on doing the collars myself before taking to a shop for the diff bushings.

Extra half-hour of shop time versus two hours of your time...

That's what I thought too, but the shop wants $240 to install the collars at the same time as the bushings.

2 hours of my time to save $240 = $120/hour lol

That shop is a bit expensive. I paid something less than $200 for my install and that's all they did.

Yeah, it is strange. They are reasonable on a lot of things, but not others. $400 to install the diff bushings which is very reasonable IMO.

Try negotiating. The job will be even easier than mine was because the exhaust and swaybar and diff will all be out of the way.

My Z1 bushing removal tool set is for sale if you want to help your guy out.

I do plan on negotiating And thanks for the offer, but I am sure they have one (or have their own way to remove it) as they are a Z/G speed shop. They def know these cars, and do fantastic work.

They can't get me in until the week after next because they are getting customer's cars ready for ZDayZ. So I have until then to decide and do the job... or not lol.
