I can't believe this thread started back in 2017. It still pops up in Google as the #1 result when you type "megan racing strut tower brace 2013 g37 sedan".

As such, I thought I would share my experience with the Megan Racing part as I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for under $100 shipped from a company here in CA.

Note that you will want to install the bar low on the bracket as others have mentioned since this will help avoid contact with the hood insulation. If you tweak one of the strut tower bolts when installing like I did, there is another equally as old thread I just updated with the correct replacements (easy to find using search).

Overall, the brace makes the left and right side suspension feel more in agreement with one another, so I understand now why many performance oriented cars like the 350/370Z ship with these bars from the factory. This was a nice addition to my 2013 G37S.
