Correct way to install Cusco strut bar??

Hey guys i was on mod bargains and was looking at a cusco front strut bar and i was reading on how to install and it said, You will however need a way to lift your front end off the ground in order to release the pressure on the strut towers. Now is this true? Do i have to lift my car to install the strut bars or no?

Why do you keep asking the same thing?

It does not matter at all. I did try both method. Lifting the car and installing it is basically the same as when the tires are on the ground.

This is my reasoning here, when you install the bar while on a lift. (tighten the base etc...) Try lowering it to the ground and remove the bar. Will you still be able to put the bar back with ease while the tires are on the ground or not? Remember, you already tighen the 2 metal base where the bar connects while on a lift. With my experience, I could still put the bar back with no problem while the car is on the ground...

Maybe Lance has a really, really, really bad memory, and personal reasons for not using the search feature.

Whatever man. It's kind of funny. And no real harm in redundancy. It's just a car forum.

I'm thinking, Raul Julia in Gumball Rally...
