Lowering G37xS Coupe
Lowering G37xS Coupe
Hello all,
I have a 2013 g37 xS Coupe and I want to know what would be the best way to go about lowering it. I don't like the huge gap between the body and wheels stock. I don't want to drop it completely and compromise suspension or ride quality. I just want to give it a nice and clean slightly lowered look while maintaining safety and handling of stock suspension. Someone suggested get some good coilevers to me. Would this be advisable, and if so does anyone know which ones are best for my model.. preferable without breaking the bank, but good quality. Thanks!

Highly. Coils are the way to go. Why do you ask? Because there is so much control with fine tuning the height, firmness, etc. On top, the design was engineered to work together efficiently.
You will see some people suggesting lowering springs, but I would never run springs. No control over how it performs or height. It is a 1 and done thing. If you don't like it, the effort you took installing them, you could have bought and installed coils.
Do it right the first time.
As someone in the Facebook groups have said many times - "Buy once, cry once."

Tein coils are great for the money. Highly debating the Tein Flex Z. I have had good experience with this company, though the crowd favorite is Stance, and BC thereafter. For the price, and trust in the brand of Tein, I will go with them from a personal standpoint.
