How much up and down play is acceptable ? Are these spring loaded ball joints ? I have no side to side play on ball joinys... UPDATED on info:This is a 2009 infiniti 2dr coupe AWD G37x..... Thanks Ron

Thanks for the front suspension specs.!! Can I please get the correct Infiniti replacement part number for the R&L lower control arms for this car. I'm getting conflicting part numbers. reminder, 2009 Infiniti G37 X coupe 2dr AWD.... Thanks so much....Ron

 

None. Both the transverse link and upper control arm should be pretty solid at the ball joints. The transverse link ball joint inserts into a polymer sleeve/insert in the knuckle. I would make sure it's still intact.
