Secondly, there are way too many reputable vendors on here to be purchasing God knows what from some website no one in this circle has even heard anything about. If you want quality parts for a good price, you let me know. No way in hell would I put any of those parts on any of my cars.

Regards,
Tell me how you really feel.

i wasn't suggesting you trade in your car. There are places to cut corners and there are places to not. Brakes are not one of them. Some find the cost of maintenance on these to be too much so if that's the case instead of risking your life because maintenance costs are too high I suggested it as a possibility.

Personally I get frustrated by people who come in here with some off the wall craziness that literally could get you killed and then not liking it when they are told the truth. $1300 is a ripoff yes but there are a million places to get it done for far less.

Best of luck!

Yes I understand. Thank you, it's reasonable advice. I was very cautious about this source myself, just got thrown off by my friend who orders from them. I value advice in here hence why I posted. Thanks again.

They may be just fine, or they may be crap... Every decision has a consequence.

By the way, changing brake pads with the Sport package is VERY easy! (2 cotter pins, 2 pins, and they are out) Next week I will be posting a DIY step by step video.
I'm in same boat and would like to do a diy, though I'm thinking that I need the rotors as well and I have never done something like this so not sure if brakes is where I want to tackle a bigger diy...right now getting some vibration with slight application , so did a few 50mph to 5mph to see if it helped with build up and it did for a while and now it's back again, so thinking need rotors/pads etc.....so please post vid man, it will most likely save us all plenty , so thanks man

-runit- hey man, I'm with your thought process , don't want to spend more than necessary on my car, as much as I like my car , I have other expenses in life etc and I'd rather do those than overspend unnecessarily; however, C'mon Man!!! As others have said , that's just too good to be even bad , so keep looking and best luck on finding the right set up... I'm considering aftermarket as well just a lot of possible combos and some work better than other / cost more than others etc , just like shops out there , some will even provide the cigarette for your after smoke so do some research...
