Warped front rotors.. $140 to machine them. Should I just buy new sets?

The pads I looked up were the ceramics and were like $50 (before coupon code). I forgot to mention that there is also a $15 rebate with this pad/rotor combo. I didn't check into cheaper pads.
Also, it doesn't sound like you NEED to do anything right away. You don't have a safety issue. Just an annoyance. You can wait until the pulsation is completely unbearable, or until you have the money.
Should I swap my rear might as well?

...?.... I thought your goal is to not spend money that you don't HAVE to. The only reason I can think of to change the rears is aesthetics, if you decide to go with slotted/ drilled.
