I bought a set of BC Racing Coilovers for my 2011 G37X Sedan. I purchased the RWD CO's by accident instead of the AWD CO's. I was wondering if the RWD coilovers are the same as the AWD?

 

Definitely not the same... return them bc they won't work. Also BC has A LOT of customer complaints of a really bad clunking noise in the rear once installed. Return them and get your money back and if you bought them used resell them and buy a good set of awd coilovers such as the Stance SS or Fortune 500. Sorry to hear you got the wrong ones... that's never fun.
