I think Centric makes rotors for a lot of people out there...but what do they modify exactly?
Most of the aftermarket places do the machining (the slots, and drilled) and some provide more rust prevention.
Some use the Centric C-tek rotors for their pkgs so in that case you'll be getting a rotor that's not as good as the Premiums.

My guess would be that the R1 premiums are centric premiums and the "e-line" are the lower centric rotors.
