Strength of Steel for Toe Bolts?

I have a G37 Sport coupe that's slightly lowered, and ordered SPC #72265 to use as my rear toe bolts.

When I received the bolts, I noticed that 8.8 is labeled on the bolt head, which I assume indicates the metric strength. During my research, I see most people recommend a 10.9 strength bolt or stronger, particularly for suspension components.

Can anyone else who has ordered this part verify they received the same bolts, and whether there are any concerns using it? I'm not sure with the design of our rear suspension, whether the toe bolts need to be able to handle a lot of load/stress?

Thanks in advance!

8.8 is fine. Minimum I'd recommend, but fine. It was the minimum grade we used when I used to build racecars.
