Clacking/clanking sound back right wheel with new setup

Hello, I recently had my new wheels and tires put on (255/30/20 all around, 20x10.5 25) and it sits pretty aggressive. I get a little bit of rubbing in the rear but nothing serious.
But something starting happening when I had this setup installed; when you come to a complete stop, I hear a 'clank'/'clack' sound from the right rear area of the car. Ive been driving for about 2 weeks like this. It does not sound like a big deal. When its in park you can move the car back and forth from the back right wheel area and hear(even feel it a little bit) something clanking. One of my buddies looked under the car while moving it back and forth and he was saying its my axle, its normal, every car does it. Today I took it for an alignment and showed them it, they said it could be the CV joint. I told them just to give me an alignment because I did not want to fork over $100 for diagnosis + more possibly.

Oh Im on Tein S techs if it helps.

Has anyone heard this little 'clank' or 'clack' sound after switching from stocks?
Does it sound serious? It doesn't sound serious while driving, but I don't know enough to really know.
Should I have gotten this checked out before I got an alignment?

Please and thank you for the help!!

Joe

Check if you have the correct lug nuts for the rims (acorn/tapered vs ball/rounded), and check your lug nuts are torqued correctly. Also, might want to see if you are getting excessive movement from the diff (possibly torn rear diff bushing).

If your friend heard the sound from behind the wheel, it could also be the wheel bearing.

The shop doing my alignment called me shortly after I made this post. The noise is coming from the bushings on my sway bar or something. He said its not serious at all. So I need new "bushings"? Sorry, I don't know much about the insides of our cars
