front camber all jacked

Just got an alignment after SPC camber kit install and front left is jacked. The front left currently is at -2.1 & right is at -0.4. The tech said that the adjustment is maxed out.

What's more noticeable is that front left could use a 25mm spacer that I just took off, and the right probably a 10mm.

Not sure if it's an error on my part for install or accident with minor left front frame damage accident I had last year. Damn!

Sounds like you found the source, Hopefully you can do something to get it to drive true but I wouldn't drive your car w/ such a discrepancy in the front, that couldn't be safe

One other thing, be sure the stamped SPC logo is facing the outside on that brass collar, otherwise you'll have a hard time getting neg camber.

Anytime, there is even the slightest bit of frame damage, the car will almost never drive perfectly straight. (example, bend a perfectly straight metal wire; when you bend it back, it will never again be perfectly straight like it was before) It could be pulling slightly one way more than the other, which could be affecting the opposite side, like a counterbalance. I have seen some cars look like they are driving sideways because of bad frame damage pulling the front one way and the back another (vise-versa). I suggest looking for uneven tire wear all around (weekly if you do a lot of driving) then get another alignment just to be safe if you feel any pulling.
Best of luck!

Car doesn't pull at all that's why I didn't even know until had the alignment done. I think I might make the front right camber which is zero to match left front camber which is -3 half way for two reasons.

1: tire won't hit fender when it goes over a hard dip
2: try to have same tire wear so it's not all jacked when I flip when it has inner wear

Two wrongs don't make a right...

I'd try a different shop that might have a better frame tech or better equipment and see if they can get the frame to line up better, or take it back to the original shop and let them know that your car won't align. I wouldn't try to compensate by putting your other side out of spec too, at least not until you've tried to get it closer to "correct".

Was the shop able to align your stock setup? If yes then I doubt they will care

I lowered my car shortly after I got it back in late 2007, so I can only assume that it did line up correctly. I'll go back to the bodyshop first.

As it turned out, it was installer error. Fack. Front/left caster adjuster had to be turned 180°. One would assume that they would be set the same.

Kinda disappointed that the first alignment shop didn't find it, had to pay second alignment shop.

The only good thing that came out of this was I got my car color sanded and recleared. I was never happy with the shine/reflection of the paint the first time around. The camber issue was big enough to bring back to body shop to take care of every thing.

Wow, that's quite an error
Glad you got it squared away and some bonus work thrown in.
That first alignment shop should be out of business or at least short one technician.
