Nice! I am in Belmont. Not too far away. Didn't you also have CBI HID bulbs? I would love to see those at night too! When are you around? I work normal business hours during the week.

So what you're saying is that if I hadn't shipped them back yesterday, you and I could have exchanged boxes at the Meet-up?

If you're coming, that is. You're still on the fence.

so odd, I can't believe they didn't just ship out a new set immediately. I asked them for a price quote and they were $66 more. Glad to know I not only recived the correct springs in 4 days, but also saved $66!

Welcome to my world.

Your incorrect items have to be in the shipping system and trackable before the correct ones are sent. I returned mine yesterday, and am still waiting for a new Tracking Number on the replacements. Tick Tock.

Also, they will not ship the correct items next day, or even two-day. You get the week-long, ground shipment out of California. That's as far as they will go to make this right, is pay for return shipping and ask for patience.

The mind reels.

If I were you, I would have asked them to be more "swift" in their shipping process.

I've had mine for just under a year and they squeak like hell on bouncy roads. Wonder if I can just grease them without 're-installing them' . Definitely don't want to take them out again

Again, sorry to hear about this. I'm sure there are others out there who have had these issues as well. Hope you get it settled.

Are you positive that the Swifts are actually making the noise?
I've had mine for over a year and have not experienced any issues...plus we had 2 years of back to back bad winters that were well beyond normal for New England.

I'm currently not working, so my schedule is pretty flexible.
I do have several engagements during the day, but we can work around them.

PM me and we discuss it in more detail.
