About to install the eibach lower spring
Autozone/O'Reillys loan the compressors out for a deposit and they work well.
Also use a back up wrench on the lower front strut nut and w/ a breaker bar and a shot of PB Blast it'll come off pretty easy, or at least easier

Whatever you do don't even look at those Harbor Freight compressors of death, those should be outlawed. Just be sure to heavily grease the threads of the compressor bolts and use an air impact wrench. It's very important that you have the compressors properly placed on the spring so they won't apply too much pressure on one side and get off center, that's when they can come flying apart w/ high velocity and become very dangerous. Also don't spend too much time compressing just one side, you want to go back and forth between the two bolts often to keep the spring compression even.

Get a friend to help and plan 1/2 day for the job.
Also, before removing the top plate of the front strut pay close attention and mark the position of the plate in reference to the rest of the assembly so when you install the Eibach and you put it back together it will bolt-on / line up to the correct position.

You will probably need a 20 inch or longer breaker bar or an impact gun to get the large nut off the bottom of the strut. If you have a NAPA or other local repair store near you, take the struts there to have them change the springs..save yourself the headache. It cost me $40

I installed mines 4 months ago. The process is real simple, for the front I would take the whole assemble and let pepboys install the eibach springs. Make sure that you mark the location of the top hat and the body of the strut. (I had to take mines back to them to get realigned because I couldn't bolt it up). The reason why I took it to them or any other shop, is because the eibach spring distance is to narrow to fit the ordinary spring compressor. The rears are cake just two bolts.
