Question KWv1 Rear Spring Perches... Height Difference?

Is it ok/normal for the height-adjustment collars on the rear spring perches to be set at different heights? The passenger-side collar had to be threaded farther down the perch than the driver-side collar to achieve an even ride height at the desired height. Everything is installed correctly as far as I can tell. I had my alignment shop check the installation as well and was told everything is fine. The tech said the setup is fine and safe, but I was just wondering about the difference in height. Should I just chalk it up to varying production tolerances in the parts and not worry about it? Thanks.

I think you're okay, the car isn't *perfectly* balanced from driver/passenger, so I imagine there's some height difference to be expected.

Normal. My rears are the same way (adjusted differently to achieve even ride height) with different coilovers than yours.

Ok cool. I've put several thousand miles on them already (before noticing) and I've had 0 issues, but I just needed the sanity check. My main concern is safety. Thanks.

I had the same thing on my KW3. Funny thing though, I readjusted it to make it even (taped it up so the collars won't move), got an alignment and now they're even.
