Shocks/Struts Fitment Question

I'm selling my 2008 G37 coupe RWD stock shocks/struts and was wondering if they were compatible for an AWD sedan?

Posting this question for a potential buyer.

The rears should fit but the front struts have a different mount on the AWDs.
