G37 vert brake pads ceramic and metalic from dealer

I bought a 2011 vert from an Infinity dealer in Naperville, IL a month ago and the braking seems to grind. I have a 2004 Pontiac GP with all ceramic pads and brakes with no grinding at all. I get light brown dust on the rear wheels (ceramic?) and a lot of black dust on the front wheels (metalic?). Is there an issue with mixing brake pad types on my car?

The pads that show the higher dust, if they are infiniti oem pads, are the high performance pads that are very aggressive with respect to wear of both the pad and rotor. You need to make sure if you are using such a pad that you do so with a set of high carbon rotors, to avoid excessive thickness variation that will lead of vibration/pulsation.
