It was an analogy dude so dont over think it. I was simply saying that GTLAW was treated as if he had no creditability because his mods aren't dollar for dollar comparable to IPL's. I think that swayed the argument based on some of the comments that were made by multiple people. Don't try to make this about me because i'm not bangwagoning on IPL's mods like the rest of the D-riders are on here. He has great quailty parts and they speak for themselves but don't over glorify the sitaution because I don't really care.

 

Boss have you read his other comments? Dude was amazingly disrespectful towards anyone he thought had a mod that was below par, that's 1. Then he had some other thread about how stock intakes were the best thing since sliced bread... Then dude went out and bought gen 3's, then the constant barrage of posts against IPL. Like u said IPL's parts speak for themselves, no one is riding his anything hommie. Honestly I've never understood the JDM craze but I can respect those who have a vision for there rides and bring it to life in a classy yet sporty way. If your cool with GT and lookin out for dude, I can respect that. But if your just reading this like the rest of us and you see that the dude with the rare parts is getting too much credit while the "little guy" gets screwed, your mistaken bro. Douchbagery is douchbagery no matter what the circumstances are surrounding it

Stating an opinion is fine, even if it's not popular or even sane. Being a jackass in how you go about it is not. If multiple people are reporting posts or complaining to the staff about a member acting like a jackass, he probably is being one and it needs to stop. This problem has nothing to do with who has what mods and everything to do with acceptable behavior in a forum community.

The best thing for everyone is to simply move forward from this and not be douchebags in the future. Mod your car how you like. Let others do the same.
