Hawk HPS or Stoptech Street Performance Pads?

Which one would you recommend for a DD w/ regular spirited drives, no tracking though. If not these two, any other recommendations in the $120 range for the F&R kit?

I have the HPS on my DD and I love them. They're not terrible cold, but when they heat up holy cow.

I'm a believer in them ever since they pretty much saved my G when that deekwad cut me off on the highway.

I have the Stoptech Street Performance pads on. A lot quieter than OEM (no squeal for me) but they are a bit more dusty. Performance is good but not a significant upgrade over OEM stopping power, just a bit more initial bite.

I haven't tried the Hawk HPS, I heard they are good performers but can be noisy/dusty.

I have the Stoptech's, they're pretty good. Works well in cold (low 30s is the most i've tried them on) and great when heated up. Easy to modulate, too.

Compared to the OEM (Akebono's) they also work better (light track.)

But, they do dust a lot. It's easy to wash/wipe-off, but definitely dusts a lot. I can go from silver to gun metal wheels in a matter of a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the replies. I think Stoptechs get the nod, from all I've read the Hawks tend to be a bit less effective in rain & cold, so that will play a role as a DD. Don't mind dusting off the wheels often, having a black G I'm pretty much addressing dust vehicle -wide on a twice a week basis.
Plus I can get the Stoptechs for $100 shipped

Stoptechs for the win! My hawks were squeaky on mine, even though i had heard they would not. Switched to the stoptechs and never looked back. You wont regret it

Hawk HPS will be a little lighter on the dust, Stoptech may a have a slight edge when it comes to bite. Stoptechs will be a little more heavy on dust.
