Springs help

I just installed eibach springs today on my g37 coupe and it did not lower as much as I was expecting it to. You can still see some gap between the tire and the fender. I was wondering if that's how it's going to be? Has anyone else run into this problem yet?

Were the springs new before you installed them? If so, it will settle in a few days. Alao, Eibachs are a mild drop, it will leave a small gap. If you want to eliminate it, go coils. Pictures help too.

It's normal. They'll settle some but not much. Eibach are about as mild as a drop gets. If you were expecting to eliminate the gap completely than you bought the wrong springs. Tein S-Tech and H&R Springs are as bout as low spring goes that will eliminate all of your fender well gap.

Well I didn't want to take it to low. And I thought eibach would be perfect to get a lot of the gap and to a point where it would look nice with my vossen. The ride in general is better then the stock from the little that I've driven. And yes they are new springs so HOPEFULLY they will settle in and drop a bit more

I hope it will drop a bit more! I'm like so upset with myself for buying eibach and not H&R!!! I hope this turns out okay.

they do settle a bit...here is a pick with 20x10 all around. The only thing is the back does lower much, so I ended up trimming the back spring upper bumper about 1/3" to even it out. I my opinion is a good drop for a DD...I think H&R is too much of a drop.... Hope it makes you fell better..

You need to go to a host such as photobucket and upload your image there. Than post a link to the image.

Did you need a camber kit? I've seen people get back to spec with eibach pro kit.
