so I ended up trimming the back spring upper bumper about 1/3" to even it out. I my opinion is a good drop for a DD
when you did this, did the back drop more? I have eibachs as well for around 2 months now and the front dropped perfectly but I wish my rear would go lower.

yes, the rear dropped another 1/3" to 1/2" to even with the front. It is up to you how much you want to trim it.....but wouldn't want to do it too much, since you have to leave some rubber on the stopper..
It has been 3 days since i have installed my eibach springs and the drop in the back is nice but i wish the drop in front was a LITTLE bit more. I just hope it still has not settled so i can expect a little more drop.

I'd say give it a full week to settle before evaluating the drop. Don't forget to get an alignment afterward too. I didn't get one for like six weeks and my tires paid for it. You can probably get it to minimal spec or close to it without a camber kit.
