Where to get alignment on coilovers?

I recently installed the Tanabe Pro S-0C on my G37. It's been a few days so I'm looking for an alignment. The dealership local to me says they aren't able to do it. Anyone know of a shop that may be local to me?

I'm in the Hartford CT- Springfield MA area.

You would get better answers if you post this in the region section.

Coop swears by The shop in Norwalk.

I would say any tire place could do it.

Any idea what the place in Norwalk is? It's a hike but if they do a good job.. Any tire place has me baffled because the dealership couldn't do it. Also last time I went to the any tire shop they didn't torque anything properly and misplaced one of my fendor liners. Plus quality of the corner tire shop in CT can be pretty shady, my mechanic died last year and it's really tough to find a replacement.

I'm in the same place near you. There's a speed shop in east Windsor on rt5 that could recommend a place. There's a mechanic behind that speed shop called Heavy's...he said they have a guy they send alignments to that's "VERY GOOD".

There's Goodyear in Enfield, monroe(they did my sway bars) in Enfield.

I'm surprised Infiniti said they couldn't do it. If it wasn't Harte Infiniti off Jennings road in Hartford, call them. The service guy said they could/would install any aftermarket parts for me if I brought them in.

Also, where did you get your coilovers installed? I'm currently looking to get mine installed and haven't been able to find a shop...other than the one in Norwalk coop recommended.

Yes it was Harte Im not sure why I was baffled. I think I know of the place off of rt 5 you're talking about. I'm in the next town over and I've had a friend tell me about them.

I had my coils done by a friend who has a lift. He works with subarus a lot but was able to help out without to much complaining. He's got a sponsorship from EFI Logics down in Bethel. It's kind of far but they do really good work.

I was gonna get my coils installed by Heavy's cause I can't find anyone to recommend a shop for me. I called the shop in Norwalk and they said $400 minimum for the install ans $125 for the alignment. Then maybe $100-$200 more depending how much they have to adjust them. Seems a little steep when heavy's said $300 + whatever the alignment was.

Idk....I just don't know where to get these things installed.

Just called efi logic, they can't get me in until mid may. Heavy's looking better I guess.

Hope you find a place to get the alignment done. If my install goes well and the alignment is good, I'll pm ya and let you know.

Good luck!

Make sure you call ahead from what I know they mainly work on subarus. Not sure what their experience is with Nissan and Infiniti. I just happened to know the guy through a friend and got some help. From what he did for me though and his 3 subarus they looked like they did a good job.

Any alignment shop that can get your car onto a rack should be able align it for you. The adjustment points are still the same unless you also installed new UCA's. Are they turning you away because you are too low and can't get onto their racks?

BTW ... I don't know if I'd consider someone with over 4K posts here to be a troll. His advise is sound ... you really would get more responses if this were posted in your regional section.
