If I put H&R springs on do I need to change my rear camber as well?

Will there be any camber issues and can I stay with my factory ones?

Will there be a difference if I don't change the Camber?

H&R give a pretty low drop so most likely you will want to get at least a rear camer kit or you will be running a bit more neg camber than the factory specs.
