just installed tein flex.. HELP!

I just installed a set of tein flex coilovers on my 08 g37 coupe. I need help with the damping settings.. I want a ride close to stock maybe a lil softer.. I dont do auto x or go to the track.. Just a daily driver and i wanted to be more aggressive handling wise with still nice ride comfort. Thanks guys.

From my understanding of the tein coilovers, the spring rates are so high that even if you set the damping to the lowest setting, it'll still be much harsher than stock. That was the general consensus of the Teins coilvers back on the G35/350z. Things could've changed. I would recommend that you dial the damping to the lowest setting and see if that suits your comfort level and turn it up until your limit.

good choice on coils... i too have the Flex... think the 8th click is very close to stock but an aggressive stock with lot less body roll... try that out... thats a good start and then move up or down from there...

i am currently driving on th 14th click up front and 12th click in the rear... that migth be too stiff... however, im running comfortably with 245/40/19's up front and 285/35/19's in the rear, so that takes care of the tough roads here in Los Angeles... however, i might go back to the 12th click for a more comfortable yet stiff ride... to me, the 12th click is perfect up front...

oh, you should corner balance your car since your coils give you that ability... night and day difference...

They are pretty stiff regardless, best bet is to go with a middle setting like 49ers fan said.
