Getting hotchkis sway bars

Im going to be receiving my sway bars soon and have them installed, but i want to know if theres anything else i should be aware of? like getting a wheel alignment check or making sure my installers can adjust the bars correctly? Or anything i should watch out for?

Middle hole for the rear one. No alignment needed. They're pretty much plug and play.

Good luck and enjoy.

Proper torque on bolts wouldn't hurt. When I do mine, I will use some blue locktite too (the non permanent type) on the end link bolts.

when you take the old ones out, you might wanna make sure the endlinks can move freely. about 3 days in with the rear hotchkis sway set to the middle hole, one of the endlinks popped. but, replaced both and since then they've been great. gl with install and youll love the new feel.

As someone mentioned earlier, be sure to use all the grease they give you with the bars. I went a little farther, the Hotchkis web site shows a tube of the grease for sale like the grease they give you with the bars at a price of $26. so I bought it and a grease gun. The fellow who installed my bars really packed the fittings with this grease and just about every time the car is up on a lift for any service I give the bars a little extra shot of grease. It must work as I haven't heard a peep out of them.
