Don't know about the setting height, but definitely post pics when you're complete. This is almost exactly the same set up that I am looking at for my MW sedan. Also let me know what size spacers you end up with.

Somebody post up what the best height setting is.

I believe the ideal height would be what you like the look of best. That is the cool thing about coilovers, you can dial in the look that you like.

Sounds like an awesome combo, it's the wheel/tire package that I am ordering.

Please post pics when complete. Thanks.

ideal height would be zero wheel gap but thats not always practical. just know if you keep messing with the height after alignment, you will also be messing with the camber settings

Make sure you're high enough in the rear so those wide tires don't rub. Probably about 26.5" or maybe higher depending on your rear camber setting and type of tires.

Black Betty, do you think 285 is too much tire for the sedan? Thanks.

I don't know much about the sedan. I have 285 on a 10.5" wheel in the rear. I have the bracket trimmed and I rub a little on big dips on the passenger side. I'm at 26.5" ride height and - 1.6 camber if the helps any.

Thanks. I fear that 285 may be too much tire for my sedan. I'll have to wait for the pics and experience of the o.p.

If 285 is too much tire for the sedan, I may have to consider a new wheel. From the pictures I have seen, any less than a 285 on the 10.5" Vossen CV1 and the wheel sticks out past the tire.

Thanks again.

ya see i never lowered a car before my mechanic is doing all the work, i went with a 285 because i have awd and thats what dials out to be as close as possible with the stock setup rotational wise. and i have a complete camber caster setup front and rear with A arms and toe arms..... so adjustability is going to be second to none. also putting on the complete gt spec under braces as well as strut bars to boot! just kinda want there to be minimal wheel gap. i was looking for a tech write up on lowering a sedan but couldnt find anything. idk if anyone knows a link.

whats the stock ride height does anyone know on AWD sedan? ive been looking at this coil over setup and read the directions and i cant figure out how you get it to adjust and keep it perfect match all around. i noticed that the eibach springs drop lower in the rear than they do in the front.... so im concerned about dropping it uniform all around.

im not sure ill even end up with spacers i did a test fit and the wheels seemed dead on even....and the rear actually looked like it was poking out past the fender so im sure spacers wont even be an issue

That is why I initially wanted the 285, because of its closeness to the OEM spec. After seeing pics of a 10.5 wheel on smaller tires, I wanted the 285 because I don't want the wheel bulging out of the tires.

Please post pics and your impressions after the install.

Thanks.
