HELP! rear brake squeaking noise

Hi ALL:

Could anyone explain to me what is going on with the squeaking noise on my rear brake?

my dealer already resurfaced the rotors and replaced the rear brake pads; however everytime i'm backing up the noise is so freaking loud.

anyone knows the problems?
thank you for answering.

It's a common g37 problem. There's nothing really wrong with it, just takes some time to wear off. Mine after 1900 miles or so is slightly present but mostly gone.

My 2009 G37 with 10K miles does this and my mom's 2005 FX35 does, too. Both have been checked out and this is just an annoying Infiniti problem. Neither does it all the time and it is worst after they are washed or if it rains.

im in the same boat. there are a lot of lil minor things that this car brings about. but overall the caliber car we are getting for the price we are paying is sooo worth it.

In one of the recent "long term test updates" in a very popular car magazine, the GTR was cited for this as the only annoying and unresolved issue. Welcome to Nissan!

My G37s was doing the same thing but once the dealer re-surfaced the rotors and changed the pads the noise went away

Had the squeek problem on my wife's Pacifica. After many visits tothe dealer they finally found that the emergency brake adjustment was off and by allowing a bit more clearance, the problem was solved.

my dealer already resurfaced the rotors and replaced with brand new brakes, but the noise is still there.

in fact, they fuxxking add a few nicks to my rims. i'll have them to repairt both of my rear wheels.
