Review Eibach ProKit on coupe w/pics
Eibach ProKit on coupe w/pics
So after 1000 miles of looking at the horrible front fender gap, I finally put on the Eibach's. I bought them from Nick at THMotorsports. Shipping was crazy fast, I actually got them in 2 days and they had to sit in the garage for a week. I would definately buy from them again.
The front settled pretty quick, front right is 26 3/4, front left is 26 5/8. The rear took a week to settle and both are sitting at 27 1/4.

I have driven 1500 miles with the Eibach's and just did a road trip from Maryland to Florida and back. Overall, ride quality is very comparable to stock. The stock sport springs are decently firm for stock springs. The eibach's actually feel a little softer driving on smooth road and feel a little rougher once you hit bumps. Im a perfectionist, so I would have prefered if the fender gaps were dead on identical...... I think the car sitting at 27" all around is perfect. The Eibach's are the closest to that. I didnt like the look of the Tanabe's because you can still notice the front fender gap and I dont like the "slammed" look. The car has a very slight lean from back to front and looks much more aggressive. Other luxury sport cars come with springs which even out the fender gap, I have no idea why Infiniti doesnt......
For anyone looking to even out the fender gaps, have springs that feel like stock springs, and dont want to fork out money for coilovers, I feel these are a great option. Although the springs arent perfect in my opinion, they are infinately better than stock and for the cost, well worth it and much cheaper than coilovers.
..... although if you have a little weight in the rears, like subs, then the Eibach drop might end up being dead perfect. Some other people with these springs have said their rear drop is in the 26" range and the gap is evened perfectly so hopefully mine still have a little more settling to do.

Elite auto in Laurel, MD. Chris Yi had them installed in under 2 hours. I did springs install on my last car but I didnt have air tools and there was one bolt I couldnt get off. So I had to re-assemble everything and head to a friends. On top of that, I didnt have spring compressors so I had to take the fronts to a place and have them swap them out for me. The last car took me almost 10 hours to do so for the G it was worth it for me to pay to have someone do it in under 2 hours.
