Angry this is why awd gets screwed with no suspension mods

here are some pics of the awd front split shock mount with the driveshaft going to the front wheel.

just like the gt-r's,

hopefully now that there are aftermarket suspensions for the gtr, we'll be able to get something too(sloppy seconds!!)

Yep that would be an issue. You should contact all the companies that make kits for the GTR and see if you can do test fit and sponsorship or something.

No worries guys. I called Eibach and spoke to one of the tech's who said they'll be picking up the AWD coupe this Wed and they'll need 2-3 days for testing. So I will contact them on Fri afternoon to see what the latest scoop is.

^^ nice. thanks man. I believe eibach has springs for the GT-R, so I'd assume it shouldn't be a problem for them to release the X springs. Wonder how long after testing it takes to be officially released though. Or if they were just blowing smoke up your *** about Wednesday lol . hope not

Well, the problem is with where Eibach is located, people hardly drive the AWD coupe and so they haven't tested it yet on it. They said if the springs they currently have fit on the AWD, then it'll be a matter of days before they'll release it. But if the springs require additional alteration, they'll require a standard 4-6 week process before it's made for mass production.....we'll see what happens I guess

I will be amazed if Eibach releases them that quick. Not sure if you all remember how long the regular kit was delayed.
