Eibach Springs..+ Scraping?

Any scraping with stock bumper? Or is the drop so slight that you dont run into a problem. Reason why i ask, several cars ago i had a celica SLAMMED on eibach sportline, everywhere i went i scraped. I had to maneuver over the smallest bumps in the roads etc...

Any of these issues with eibach on the G ??

This is actually a good thread because I AM SCRAPING.... not my front bumper but somehwere in the tranny on inclines/declines.... if I dont hit the incline/decline at just the right angle I hear a metallic scraping sound and I can feel it in my shifter....

Who else is experiencing this with Eibach? ELITE?? SAM?? ANYONE?

Wait, you guys are scraping??!! Dayum and i though Dubai was bad with all the speed bumps and construction works

Well yes, I do scrape sometime when I underestimate bumps.. but with angling no scraping thank God. However, only thing I'm scraping is exhaust pipes.. no body or bumper scrapes

haha not really, but after driving around with the eibachs I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to tolerate not even an extra mm in drop.. have you seen the H&R springs man??

Not really bro...I just hate being patient for Eibach until they make a pro kit for the '09 AWD coupe. H & R does currently...now here's the stupid question...is it possible to adjust the height of the drop with the H & R springs?

haha...yeah seriously. Well at least that's good to know. I should probably check out H & R's website and compare spec for spec with Eibach to see the height difference in drop...cause that should answer my question...

Just checked both websites...

Eibach Front: 1.2 in
Eibach Rear: 0.8 in

H & R Front: 1.5 in
H & R Rear: 1.4 in

I had the Eibach pro kit on for about a month - no scraping, even on some serious speed bumps - as long as I take them slow.
