Put in the rear sway bar today. Followed the Stillen instructions, but they left out a couple of things. So here are a few pictures and the "extra" instructions....nothing major.
The part circled in green is a small plastic cover that you have to take off on each side. It partially covers the bushing bolts so it has to come off. You also need to drop the center section of the exhaust per the the instructions, but it says to remove 2 nuts holding exhaust bracket to frame. However, you also need to remove the 4 nuts shown in picture (torque at 43# per FSB). Rest of the torque numbers are in the Stillen instructions.
A simple side by side photo of the OEM and Stillen sway. You can see a little difference in design.
The last pictures shows everything back together and in the green is the GTSPec rear tie brace. An easy add. Torque at 53# per FSB.
I figured it was new enough that the gaskets would be fine.
I really like the splitter. Just enough to make it look a bit different, but not too much. Bolted it up extra so no need for turnbuckels...posted details in another thread.

I really like the way the stillen splitter looks on your car, makes me want to order one!
hmm will these new bushing work on the Stillen sways for my Sedan? It's an 07. And I'm pretty sure the sizes are diffrent compared to the coupes i think?

i believe the diameters are different. send an email to Stillen, they're usually great with answering questions like that.
you would need to find out the actual dia. of each front and rear and order a pair of each from energy suspension.

ok thnx! can u also give me some feedback if these bushings really helped the bars responsivness? or will i be wasting my money and should just upgrade to the Hotcthkis bars?
The Hotchkis sway bars come with greasable fittings and they might even be ES bushings. Either way, I doubt you will "feel" the new bushings. I have changed / added so many things (sway, bushings, tie braces, springs, etc.) that you can not feel anyone thing, but overall it is much, much better.

I installed the Stillen Bars, but the rear bar was larger than stock diameter, so the factory bushing will not work. Is the rear bar 25mm and front 27mm? I have emailed Stillen, but have not gotten response yet on front and rear diameter.
