Took me longer than it will take you as I was taking pictures, messing with the front vents, running errands, etc. I have not done the rear yet.....that is this weekend. I would estimate for the front that I could do it in about 45 minutes.
Front.

I'm going to install both front and rear next sunday.. I didn't get the brushings though.. do I need them? I'm just going to reuse my stockers.. any ideas what are the setbacks with that?
You can use the stock bushings. Most people do. Just make sure to grease them up good.

What grease do you use with the stock rubber bushings? Might have to do a little research to make sure you don't use something that will eat away the bushing.
Energy Suspension Formula 5 Prelube is a versatile, waterproof, non-melting grease containing teflon. Formula 5 Prelube made by Energy Suspension forms a tough, durable, chemical resistant bushing lube film. This bushing lube can be used for any polyurethane or rubber bushings, or even metal components . Using it as a bushing lube when installing your new parts prevents metal-to-metal contact even under severe shock loads. Only a small amount of Formula 5 Prelube is required to properly lubricate bushings and metal components. The same amount of bushing lube can also prevent corrosion.

I didn't know that stuff could be used with rubber. I have an 8 oz. tub of that stuff in the basement. It's an absolute mess to work with, like sticky snot.
I agree. A royal pain to get off my hands, but I guess that makes it great for the purpose.

I always wear these disposable latex gloves I get from work whenever I use this. I think I got my tub from Summit (best price at the time), if anyone is looking to get the stuff.
Great idea. I have some of them and doing rear sway tomorow. Thanks.

If you are putting them in with OEM bushings, just grease them good on the install and you should be good.....you can't grease the OEM bushings.
For the Hotchkis sway bars that come with greasable bushings or if you install ES bushings with the Stillen bars, then you can grease with a grease gun if they every need it.
