TEIN S TECHS on my baby

I know many of you don't like it this low, but I love it and I get all kinds of complements on how much better it looks like this. The springs are: (part # SKP30-AUB00/ Model= G35 Coupe 03+) I picked them up from SHARIF at a great price. They dropped the car from a 3 finger gap in the front and 2 finger gap in the back to about even in the front and just tucked under the finder in the back. The ride seems about the same as a stock sport until you hit a big dip or bump and then it is noticeably stiffer, I really love the ride and I have not been able to make it rub at all. I have also not found a speed bump that I couldn't clear yet. However I would smash the front lip at almost any barking block. I'm using these springs until TEIN releases the adjustable coil over suspension, no I did not replace the struts. Here are some pics:

I have paid Sharif in full for a set of 20" Volk GT30 formula silver wheels, so as soon as he gets them and ships them to my door, I'll have them on with pics up soon after

Adjustable coil overs will let me have full control over that stance

Yes, as soon as someone comes out with camber correction for real active steer
(RAS) It drives and handles great, I don't care about tire abuse if any due to getting 20". It might rub if the camber was corrected? not sure

Stillen said camber correction would be difficult to do on RAS, and they don't plan on designing any.

Yes Sharif has been great to work with, well my husband actually worked with him getting my Volk GT30 for me.

Rears way to low. it doesnt' look even to me. i think the H&R's would of been better choice b/c your going to eat up your 20's with that drop. im only doing 1" in the rear.

that sucks. i have their toe / camber kit for mine but haven't put it on yet

i haven't seen one with active steer yet, so i can't look and see what's different

but it looks like spc might have a camber kit sometime soon

I agree the rear is too low. I got the S.Techs thinking I'd stay with the stock wheels for a while and just hope the camber correction for RAS came out soon. Now that I have the 20" on order, I know I'll have to do different spring. Adjustable coil overs are the end goal. I'll take your advice and go with the H&R, what model and part # did you get? Thanks

I hope so

Yes, based on tire finder gap the rear is lower, what I don't understand is: after putting on the S.Techs, I had to raise the head lights, so the rake of the body shows the front is lower. The head lights were so bad I had a hard time driving at night with the low beams pointed at the ground, about 15' out. I thought I was going to get a one finger gap based on others that did the S.Techs. Oh well, I spend more money on shoes, so test fitting some springs until they come out with coil overs doesn't bother me, I'll put them up in the G35 classifieds and Ebay for a good price once the Volks get here.

Thanks for the comments and questions all
