Rear strut bars
#2
I saw on another forum a guy installed one. He said it was a Stillen bar and he drove a G37, but I have yet to see a rear or even front strut brace for our cars. If the G35 rear fits the G37, Stillen hasn't tried it yet. I dealt with Margaret Lo on my intake and stuff, and she said they have not tested it yet.
I would love to know if Stillens G35 works, or if someone else has one out.

I spoke with Margaret in Sales and she is not aware of a rear Strut bar brace for the G37 coupe. There is one for the G35 coupe, and possible the sedan but I didn't ask.
There is a difference between a strut bar/ tower brace and a sway bar. If someone here has one, I would love to know the part number.... If it is a G35 part they are using on a G37 I would also like to know..... There is a post of a guy claiming to have a G37 strut bar, but when questioned if his car is a g35 or G37, the post ends.....

This is the forum I was speaking of... he obviously has a G35 but posted in the G37 forum. A rear strut bar does the same things as a front "strut"bar and ties the suspension together to make the car stiffer. Has absolutely nothing to do with sway bars. See his pictures..... our car is supposidly like 33% stffer than the last, but of all the cars I have had adding a strut brace to a car that doesn't have one is always a noticiable change.

no stb's are out at this point. there are a few proto's that are out. for the average street driver ya you may not notice the rear STB much. but to say they dont make a difference is extremely false. if you really drive your car then you will clearly notice the difference.
